Shipping Policy

ARTip ships from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order. Transit time is the time your carrier needs to bring it to you.

Before You Order

Please take a quick moment to check the details below before placing your order:

  • Make sure your name, street address, apartment or unit number, buzzer code, and postal code are complete and correct.
  • If you are using a courier service, a street address is best. Some courier services do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • If you need your order for a trip, event, or gift, please order early.
  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees before delivery.
  • Once your tracking email arrives, you can follow your parcel with the carrier and turn on notifications where available.
Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Ontario and Canadian public holidays.

During launches, restocks, special releases, holiday periods, or times of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If a product has a different timeline, we will note it on the product page or at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Within Canada

We offer shipping across Canada. Available services depend on your address and the carriers serving your area. We may ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another delivery partner depending on destination, parcel size, and the service selected at checkout.

Orders travelling to non-major urban centres, northern regions, and remote postal codes may take longer than city-to-city estimates.

International Shipping

We may ship internationally to select destinations shown at checkout. If international shipping is available for your address, you will see the available methods during checkout.

As a general guide after dispatch, U.S. orders often arrive in about 2 to 7 business days, depending on the service selected. Other international orders can range from about 4 to 20 business days or more depending on route, carrier, and customs processing.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage, disbursement, or carrier handling fees set by the destination country.

Unless duties and taxes are clearly shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and may need to be paid before the parcel is released or delivered.

Customs clearance can also add delay, and customs authorities may request additional information before release.

Tracking & Notifications

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. That email will include your tracking link when available.

Tracking updates do not always appear immediately. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after shipment confirmation.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details.

Canada Post can deliver to post office boxes on eligible postal services, but some courier services do not deliver to PO boxes.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, unclaimed, or refused, we can arrange a re-ship once the parcel returns to us and the new shipping cost is paid.

If the issue was caused by our error, we will make it right.

Packaging, Signature & Carrier Coverage

Orders are packed carefully in a protective mailer or small box, depending on the size of your order.

Most small parcels do not require a signature unless the selected service includes it or we add it for extra security.

Some services include basic carrier liability coverage, and extra coverage or signature service may be available on select shipments. Availability varies by carrier and destination.

If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave a delivery notice card or hold the parcel for pickup.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please email us at hello@artipnails.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and item
  • Any relevant tracking screenshots

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbours, concierge, front desk, local post office, or courier.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window, we are happy to help. Please note that many delays are outside our control, especially during customs review, weather events, strikes, public holidays, or carrier backlogs.
