Product colours, finishes, textures, and details may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and handmade or small-batch product differences.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing details, prices, or availability are always complete, current, or error-free.

2. Eligibility

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ARTip is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. ARTip is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges.

These charges are determined by your destination country or carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

ARTip is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because press-on nails are personal-use items, returns and exchanges may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons.

Items must generally be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at hello@artipnails.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable

We will review the issue and help find a reasonable solution.

10. Sizing, Application, and Wear

ARTip provides sizing guides, tutorials, and product information to help you choose and apply your press-on nails.

However, each person's nail shape, nail bed, application method, lifestyle, and aftercare may affect fit, comfort, wear time, and reusability.

You are responsible for measuring your nails carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

ARTip is not responsible for improper application, improper removal, allergic reactions, nail damage caused by misuse, or wear issues caused by lifestyle, water exposure, oil, improper preparation, or forced removal.

11. Product Care and Safety

Please use our products as instructed.

You agree not to misuse the products, apply them to irritated or injured skin or nails, or continue using them if irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs.

If you experience irritation, discomfort, or any unusual reaction, stop using the product immediately. Seek medical advice if needed.

Keep nail glue, adhesive tabs, and small parts away from children and pets.

12. Account Information

You may be able to create an account on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and update it when necessary.
